Client Success Executive
We are looking for a proactive Client Success Executive to build strong client relationships, coordinate service delivery and ensure an excellent experience throughout every engagement.
About the Role
As a Client Success Executive at Crawl Geek, you will serve as an important connection between our clients and internal teams. You will understand client expectations, monitor project progress and help ensure that every solution delivers meaningful business value.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day communication with assigned clients.
• Understand client objectives, expectations and service requirements.
• Coordinate tasks and updates between clients and internal teams.
• Track project progress, deadlines and agreed deliverables.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and share performance updates.
• Address client concerns and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain accurate client records, meeting notes and reports.
Required Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong relationship-management and coordination abilities.
• Ability to organize tasks and manage multiple client accounts.
• Professional approach to resolving client concerns.
• Basic understanding of technology and digital services.
• Familiarity with CRM or project-management tools is beneficial.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communications or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in client servicing, account management or customer success.
• Freshers with strong communication and organizational skills may apply.
