About the Role
As a Cloud Solutions Engineer at Crawl Geek, you will help businesses modernize their technology infrastructure through reliable cloud solutions. You will collaborate with technical teams and clients to improve accessibility, performance, security and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, deploy and maintain secure cloud infrastructure.
• Configure virtual servers, storage, networking and access controls.
• Support cloud migration and modernization projects.
• Monitor cloud performance, availability and resource utilization.
• Implement backup, recovery and security best practices.
• Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure and connectivity issues.
• Prepare technical documentation and deployment reports.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors and internal technical teams.
Required Skills
• Understanding of cloud computing and infrastructure concepts.
• Familiarity with AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of virtual machines, networking, storage and identity management.
• Basic understanding of Linux and Windows server administration.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications
• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in cloud infrastructure or system administration.
• Relevant cloud certifications will be an advantage.
