About the Role
As an IT Infrastructure Engineer at Crawl Geek, you will help design, manage and maintain secure, reliable and scalable technology environments. You will work with internal teams and clients to improve system performance, resolve technical issues and support business-critical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure and maintain IT systems, servers and devices.
- Monitor infrastructure performance, availability and security.
- Diagnose hardware, software and network-related issues.
- Manage system updates, backups and access permissions.
- Maintain technical documentation and service reports.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors and internal teams.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Windows, Linux and networking fundamentals.
- Knowledge of system administration and IT troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and security practices.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple technical tasks effectively.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant IT infrastructure experience.
- Relevant technical certifications will be an advantage.
